Healthy Living

Senior Health and Wellness Programs are focused on promoting good health and preventing disease.  Each of our programs utilizes evidence-based curricula to address a variety of topics including nutrition, medication safety, chronic disease and physical fitness. 

Programs are available to any group of seniors (60+).  These include senior centers, church groups and civic organizations.
